Establishing and agreeing with the customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while monitoring their compliance in each service offered to customers.
Attending and solving the incidents, requests and problems of the users of the services, according to the SLAs established and agreed with each client.
Monitoring the capacity, continuity and availability of each service offered, trying to maximize them.
AENOR has awarded Deimos Space the ISO 20000 certification of IT Service Management.
“This new certification is a recognition of our commitment to continuous improvement and another example of the consolidation, growth and maturity of our integrated management system, which already covers quality, the environment, health and safety, information security and IT service management.
